SAMPLE PACKAGES BELOW AND IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- Prices indicated are for One Bartender. Additional Bartenders are required for attendance numbers exceeding 70 – 100 guests, depending on package and other variables.
- The packages listed are sample offerings intended to provide a general cost estimate based on the size and scope outlined. All packages may be customized for time, guest count, and add-ons, with pricing adjusted accordingly. A four-hour minimum reservation is required.
- Each package includes the appropriate setup & breakdown times.
- Alcohol and any beverage items not specified are excluded from the quoted price.
- Beverage service requires a properly sized service station to accommodate our needs. Please ask us for more information.
- Catered beverage items (including ice, soda, etc.) are provided in set quantities, with selections determined based on event needs and availability. Ask us for more information.

*Indicates the typical base price for a sample 5 hr. project located on Madison’s west side, for one bartender. A custom proposal will be prepared for each project, with prices adjusted according to event duration, location, and other factors. Minimum 4-hr reservation is required (incl. setup/cleanup times). Any additional beverage-related products (if needed or requested) are an extra fee. Additional charges apply for add-on services, staffing, holidays (incl. days immediately before/after), travel, and bar movement (if applicable). A Late Night surcharge applies to events running later than 12:00 am. Prices are subject to change without notice.
